This week we arranged a 4-day, 3-night family trip. Because we really didn’t have time to plan, everything from food and accommodation to transportation was arranged by the tour operator. Everything was great, thank you tour operator. Next, I want to praise the driver Huang who is really great. He takes into consideration our physical condition, the children’s situation and the weather conditions when giving us suggestions for attractions and meals. The most touching thing is that there is an elderly person in our group who needs a wheelchair to move around… When getting on and off the vehicle, Huang always helps reduce the distance for those accompanying with pushing the wheelchair, and even helps push the wheelchair along during activities. We are truly grateful

We are Taichung wedding car rental. The process went very smoothly. Originally, we only needed a Ford nine-seater, but the customer service staff, upon knowing that we were organizing a wedding, enthusiastically upgraded us for free to a 2019 black Mercedes-Benz Vito. Not only was the driver very good and cooperative with our schedule, but this thoughtful arrangement really made us feel at home. This time, I brought my friends from Singapore to travel around Taiwan. I am really grateful for the excellent service provided by Big Player’s customer service team. We traveled back and forth from Dadu, Changhua, Yuanlin to Donggang Pier. When we needed to change the return time due to rain, they immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up at the new time. We are from Pingtung, Kenting 2-day tour. The driver is very professional, drives steadily, doesn’t overtake recklessly. Although he doesn’t talk much, he is very thoughtful. I was worried about the rain without an umbrella, but the driver took out several umbrellas instead of just one; it’s obvious that they were specially prepared. When getting off the car, he would also help by holding up the umbrella and carrying things. Next time we will still call for their service.

These two days on 7/7-7/8, I went on a trip with my family from Taipei to Nantou by chartering a car. With so many experiences of chartering cars for trips, this time felt particularly different. Our driver was a woman who was very friendly and welcoming. What impressed me the most was one day when we were buying things at 7-11 and suddenly it started raining heavily, she quickly moved the car to a place where we wouldn’t get wet and let us get in the car. Such thoughtful gesture touched us deeply. Thank you to Big Player for arranging such a driver for us, the price is also very affordable. For every future trip, we will look for Big Player again.
