- The above prices are all car rental with driver, the itinerary part is based on the arrangement provided by the guest. If there is any doubt about the route sequence, the driver can provide suggestions on the day to save transportation time.
- The car rental time is 5 or 10 hours (the travel time is 5 or 10 hours from the time specified by the passenger), please consider the time yourself.
- Please provide your itinerary when making a reservation, and our customer service will assist you in confirming whether there is an additional fee.
- Taiwan regulations: Children under the age of 4 are required to use car seats; The first seat is available free of charge, and the second seat is available for an additional 7 USD
- The maximum number of drivers and guests for nine-seaters is eight, the maximum number of drivers and guests for five-seater cars is four, and the infant is also counted as one.
- Taiwan’s traffic regulations stipulate that the number of people carrying a vehicle must not exceed the vehicle model limit. If you are caught exceeding the limit, you will be fined NT$9,000. If the number of passengers exceeds the number of passengers on the day of travel, the company has the right to refuse the ride without refunding the deposit and payment.

- After the reservation is successful, the driver will proactively contact the passenger around 21:00 the night before departure. Please be sure to confirm that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile communication software messages.
- Please leave on time at the scheduled time to avoid delaying your trip. If your departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the driving time will start according to the original estimated departure time.
- If the pick-up location is in another county or city, please mention it in advance when making a reservation, and customer service will assist in confirming the additional fee.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the vehicle: eating, drinking, smoking (including e-cigarettes), taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, opening windows and spitting, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag; If the items in the car are damaged or dirty, compensation must be made according to the price, and cash must be paid on the spot.
- The driver is not a tour guide and will not introduce tourists to each scenic spot. The driver will mainly focus on driving, and will basically share and chat like friends and tell you what to pay attention to!
– How to Cancel or Change –
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14 days prior to the departure date
- If you cancel 10-13 days before the start of your trip, 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- If you cancel 7-9 days before the start of your trip, 50% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- If you cancel 4-6 days before the start of your trip, 60% of the booking fee will be deducted
- If you cancel 2-3 days before the start of your trip, 70% of the booking fee will be deducted
- If you cancel 1 day before the start of your trip, 80% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- Passengers cannot apply for a refund on the day of departure
- If you apply for rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation terms.
- If the participation in the event is suspended due to reasons other than that of the organizer, no refund will be made.
- In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to notify the extension or refund.
