This time, I took my parents, who hadn’t visited Taiwan in over a decade, back to their homeland for a heritage journey. My husband and I just got back from the Taiwan. We had an amazing 7-day trip touring Taiwan. Our guide Tony was excellent. He was pleasant, outgoing, very knowledgeable, passionate about his beautiful country, and a good driver. He would always find a way to make us feel as guest along the journey and even went above and beyond in order to make our trip remarkable. For example, he helped us take pictures along the way and even made a video for us. In addition, the van was very clean and spacious enough for us and very comfortable. Taiwan is amazingly beautiful and if I get the opportunity to go there again, Big players chartered tour is the tour group I would choose again.

We had an absolutely awesome tour with the driver Chris in Hualien and Taroko! He catered to all of our interests and made sure that everything went smoothly. These two days on 7/7-7/8, I went on a trip with my family from Taipei to Nantou by chartering a car. With so many experiences of chartering cars for trips, this time felt particularly different. Our driver was a woman who was very friendly and welcoming. What impressed me the most was one day when we were buying things at 7-11 and suddenly it started raining heavily, she quickly moved the car to a place where we wouldn’t get wet and let us get in the car. Such thoughtful gesture touched us deeply. Thank you to Big Player for arranging such a driver for us, the price is also very affordable. For every future trip, we will look for Big Player again.
