5. Chishang Brown Avenue

A-Jiang's Home 23 Cafe
This unique cafe, run by a Tsou couple, combines traditional Tsou architecture with industrial art. It appears like a stone fairy tale village hidden in the mountains. The stone pillars, flowers, and metalwork of the building were all handcrafted by them over two decades, and there are also over a dozen cats to keep you company!
However, this place is very popular, and the rules are a bit complex—reservations are not accepted. You need to get a number and wait to be seated. The trail is about an hour one-way, with stairs throughout. Although the slope is not steep and the difficulty is not high, the outbound journey is almost entirely uphill, so it's not entirely easy. Precautions
The above prices are for car rental with a driver. The itinerary routes are mainly arranged by the guests themselves. If there are any concerns about the order of the routes, the driver can provide suggestions on the day to save transportation time.
The chartered car itinerary time starts from the time specified by the traveler. Please consider the stay time of the attractions yourself.
Please provide your itinerary when making a reservation, and our customer service will assist you to confirm whether there is any additional fare.
If your pick-up and drop-off locations are not within the city area, you will be informed of the additional fee separately. Please pay the cash to the driver on the spot.
Taiwan regulations: Children under 4 years old must use a car seat; the first seat can be provided free of charge, and if a second seat is needed, please pay NT$200 separately.
The maximum number of drivers and guests for nine-seaters is eight, the maximum number of drivers and guests for five-seater cars is four, and the infant is also counted as one.
Taiwan's traffic regulations stipulate that the number of passengers must not exceed the number of people limited by the car model. If the number of passengers exceeds the carrying limit on the day of travel, the company has the right to refuse to carry the passengers and will not refund the deposit and payment.

After the reservation is successful, the driver will take the initiative to contact the traveler before 9:00 PM the night before departure. Please be sure to confirm that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile phone communication software messages.
Please leave on time at the scheduled time to avoid delaying your trip. If your departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the driving time will start according to the original estimated departure time.
If the pick-up location is in another county or city, please mention it in advance when making a reservation, and customer service will assist in confirming the additional fee.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the vehicle: eating, drinking, smoking (including e-cigarettes), taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, opening windows and spitting, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag; If the items in the car are damaged or dirty, compensation must be made according to the price, and cash must be paid on the spot.
The driver is not a tour guide, and is not obliged to take passengers to each attraction to make an introduction, if you need a tour guide to accompany and attractions, you can ask the company to ask for another tour guide (at your own expense), the driver needs to rest, will do attractions in the car, precautions explained.
- How to Cancel or Change -
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14 days prior to the departure date
If you cancel 10-13 days before the start of your trip, 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
If you cancel 7-9 days before the start of your trip, 50% of the booking fee will be deducted.
If you cancel 4-6 days before the start of your trip, 60% of the booking fee will be deducted
If you cancel 2-3 days before the start of your trip, 70% of the booking fee will be deducted
If you cancel 1 day before the start of your trip, 80% of the booking fee will be deducted.
Passengers cannot apply for a refund on the day of departure
If you apply for rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation terms.
If the participation in the event is suspended due to reasons other than that of the organizer, no refund will be made.
In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to notify the extension or refund.
