On 12/6-8, my family and I traveled to Kaohsiung. We rented a large player charter service and our driver cum guide was Brother Xu Chengtian. He is skilled in driving and pays great attention to safety. He also introduces us to the attractions and cares about our various needs. Since my parents are 80 years old and have difficulty getting on and off the car, Brother Xu thoughtfully prepared a small stool as a step for them. He even took us to eat delicious local noodles. This trip ended safely and satisfactorily thanks to Brother Xu’s service. Highly recommended and grateful! Thank you, Big Player Charter Service!

This time I really found a great player charter by chance. From Hualien through Taroko to Cingjing, the driver was super enthusiastic in introducing every scenic spot to us. After all, life is unfamiliar, and I feel very warm about it. She also introduced the local food at each place for us to try. We are a group of five people, the itinerary is for one day, and we rented a seven-seater Caddy. The car condition is very good, clean and comfortable. The driver’s attire and attitude are very good, drives smoothly, always on time as agreed upon, the music in the car is not too loud, and they also help with carrying luggage and placing wheelchairs (thank you very much!). Small suggestion: even though it’s only two or three minutes, please try to avoid texting while driving.

Everything was great, thank you tour operator. Next, I want to praise the driver Huang who is really great. He takes into consideration our physical condition, the children’s situation and the weather conditions when giving us suggestions for attractions and meals. The most touching thing is that there is an elderly person in our group who needs a wheelchair to move around… When getting on and off the vehicle, Huang always helps reduce the distance for those accompanying with pushing the wheelchair, and even helps push the wheelchair along during activities. We are from Pingtung, Kenting 2-day tour. The driver is very professional, drives steadily, doesn’t overtake recklessly. Although he doesn’t talk much, he is very thoughtful. I was worried about the rain without an umbrella, but the driver took out several umbrellas instead of just one; it’s obvious that they were specially prepared. These two days on 7/7-7/8, I went on a trip with my family from Taipei to Nantou by chartering a car. With so many experiences of chartering cars for trips, this time felt particularly different. Our driver was a woman who was very friendly and welcoming. What impressed me the most was one day when we were buying things at 7-11 and suddenly it started raining heavily, she quickly moved the car to a place where we wouldn’t get wet and let us get in the car.
