Sun Moon Lake
Sun Moon Lake is located in the middle of Taiwan, and it is also one of the most popular traditional Taiwanese tourist attractions for tourists from outside the island. Sun Moon Lake is locked in dense fog almost all year round, surrounded by mountains more than a kilometer high, and the scenery of the mountain lake is breathtaking. “Nine Ethnic Cultural Village”
Although there are now more than 10 aboriginal ethnic groups recognized by the Taiwan government, the Nine Ethnic Cultural Village is a historical and cultural theme park composed of 10 ethnic groups, and the name Nine Ethnic Cultural Village is because only 9 indigenous ethnic groups were recognized by the government when it opened in 1986. The Nine Ethnic Cultural Village covers a vast area, with Aboriginal life experience and singing and dancing performances, as well as many modern amusement facilities. The park is beautiful, and it is also a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in spring. If you want to get from Sun Moon Lake to the Nine Ethnic Cultural Village, you can take the cable car, which only takes more than 10 minutes to arrive.
Wenwu Temple
Sun Moon Lake Wenwu Temple is the largest Wenwu Temple in Taiwan, the appearance is imitation of the Beijing Forbidden City design, built in 1969. Although it was hit hard by the 921 earthquake in 1999, after nearly five years of reconstruction, it was completely restored in 2006.
