The driver can prepare 1 for a single car, and the cost of a child safety seat is 200 yuan
Is there a signage service for airport pick-up?
The service will charge an additional 200 yuan for a single time, and there will be a professional person holding the card (not the driver himself), and please provide information about the content of the sign

What should I do if the flight time changes, or even the landing airport changes?
If there is a large change in flight time (earlier or more than 60 minutes late) or a change at the landing airport, the original driver may not be able to cooperate, and may need to rearrange the vehicle. If you need to rearrange the car, the customer service staff will try their best to assist you in arranging it, and if the car cannot be arranged at that time, we will help you with a refund

Reminder
If the number of people or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service and no refund will be given
If you do not get on the car on time and cannot be contacted after making a reservation, it will be regarded as NOSHOW and no refund will be given
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14 days prior to the departure date If you cancel 10-13 days before the start of your trip, 30% of the booking fee will be deducted. If you cancel 7-9 days before the start of your trip, 50% of the booking fee will be deducted. If you cancel 4-6 days before the start of your trip, 60% of the booking fee will be deducted If you cancel 2-3 days before the start of your trip, 70% of the booking fee will be deducted If you cancel 1 day before the start of your trip, 80% of the booking fee will be deducted. Passengers cannot apply for a refund on the day of departure If you apply for rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation terms. If the participation in the event is suspended due to reasons other than that of the organizer, no refund will be made. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to notify the extension or refund.
