Refund Methods and Procedures

  1. Payment method: Use a third-party payment platform to collect deposits, including online credit card and account transfer.
  2. Refund method: The credit card user will directly return the refund, and the remittance user needs to provide an account for us to refund.
  3. Refund timeline: It will take 7-14 working days for the refund to be reviewed and processed.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel 10-13 days before the start of your stay, 30% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If you cancel 7-9 days before the start of your stay, 50% of the order price will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If you cancel 4-6 days before the start of the car, 60% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If you cancel 2-3 days before the start of the car, 70% of the order price will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If you cancel 1 day before the start of your stay, 80% of the order price will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted on or after the day of use.
  1. Rescheduling Policy: If you apply for rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms.
  2. Force Majeure Policy: If the activity is cancelled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to notify you of the extension or refund. If the event is cancelled due to reasons other than those of the Organiser, no refund will be made.
